Trade Jobs NZ is an industry-specific job board and recruitment advertising specialist connecting workers with employers in Aotearoa’s trades and construction sectors. We're not just another job site. We're changing the way people find and apply for jobs. Instead of waiting for job seekers to search, we take a proactive, multi-channel approach to put job ads in front of the right candidates at the right time.

Founded in 2021, our vision is to transform recruitment advertising in Aotearoa's trades industry by pioneering a platform and process that centres around the unique needs of the industry we serve.

We combine over 30 years of recruitment expertise with targeted campaigns across paid social, digital, OOH, and radio partnerships, putting job ads in front of the right candidates through the channels they actually use. Radio during smoko, social media during downtime, and trusted platforms.

The result? High-quality candidates and measurable outcomes that go beyond just filling roles. Ensuring success for employers and tradies alike throughout every step of the process is our ultimate goal.
